This two-week workshop will teach you how to start your own yoga practice at home. During ten classes over two weeks, you will learn a 1.5 hour yoga sequence, observe and improve your asanas, and learn how to scale the sequence to various lengths. Then, over the next month strengthen your home practice with four additional yoga classes included in your tuition.
